Get in Touch with Collision Control Communications

Whether you’re just starting to explore EVP, planning a city-wide deployment, or looking for a better way to keep your responders and drivers safe, we’re here to help.

  • Talk through your current preemption setup and challenges with engineers who work in the field.
  • Get honest answers about capabilities, integrations, and what’s realistic for your network.
  • Coordinate with decision-makers, consultants, and OEMs so everyone is working from the same playbook.

Send Us a Message

We read every message and typically respond within one business day. A few details here help us route your note to the right engineer or project lead.

What Information Is Helpful?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. But if you have them handy, it can help to include:

  • Which agencies you represent (Fire, EMS, Police, Transit).
  • Rough number of intersections and vehicles you’re thinking about.
  • Any existing preemption systems (optical, cellular, Wi-Fi, etc.).
  • Key corridors, growth areas, or specific problem intersections.

We can also coordinate with your MPO or planning organization to align EVP discussions with larger “Safe Streets”, Vision Zero, or Smart City initiatives.

Who We Typically Talk With

Traffic & Engineering – City and county traffic engineers, signal technicians, and consultants evaluating EVP, TSP, and Smart City projects.

Fire, EMS & Police – Chiefs, deputy chiefs, operations officers, and safety staff working on response times, intersection risk, and collision reduction.

Transit & Planning – Transit managers, MPOs, and planners coordinating EVP and TSP with larger “Safe Streets”, Vision Zero, and corridor initiatives.

We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties, and we don’t add you to a generic mailing list. You’ll only hear from us about the topics you ask about.

What Happens After You Get in Touch?

1. We review your note

A member of the Collision Control team reads every message so we can match your questions with the right engineer or project lead.

2. We follow up with options

Depending on what you’re working on, that might be a short EVP overview, a technical discussion about your corridors, or a deeper dive into collision avoidance and Smart City plans.

3. We outline next steps

If it makes sense to keep moving, we can talk about pilots, design support, or RFP language so everyone is working from the same playbook.
